My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious, with quality bedding and an excellent bathroom; however, it looked a bit dated and in need of modernization. The service was fantastic, with accommodating staff, but some lacked knowledge and helpfulness. The location was central and convenient, close to everything I needed. Dining had its ups and downs, with some dishes taking too long and being served cold; however, other options were tailored to my liking. The facilities were well-equipped, although I wished for more drinking facilities available in the room.

My stay was fine overall, but there were some pros and cons to consider. The rooms were a little small and airless, and not being able to open the window for fresh air was a downside. The location is great for getting around Manchester, but it feels a bit dodgy in the area. The service was pleasant and helpful, though the coffee could have been better. My room was situated at the very end of the hall on the first floor, right across from the maids' cupboard, which was quite inconvenient, especially early in the morning. There was street noise due to wooden floors throughout, and a little more attention to detail in the room would have been appreciated.
